Redefining from the Motor Outward

Unlike conventional “motor-first” blower designs, we reverse the process—starting with the optimal fan-blade speed point, then building a custom BLDC motor. The entire airflow path and housing are designed around it for maximum performance.

With an integrated smart controller, the system automatically adjusts fan speed based on PM2.5 concentration and filter clogging status, maintaining top air purification efficiency.

The housing is made via plastic injection molding, incorporating the blower volute into a compact, lightweight body. With the aid of computer-aided airflow simulation and structural optimization, the final product achieves a 15% reduction in volume and a 30% decrease in weight, while simultaneously increasing intake speed by 15% and airflow output by 5%.
