Optimized Fan and Airflow Design

Traditional fans are often constrained by the fixed speed of induction motors, resulting in low blade efficiency, high noise, and weak airflow. By applying computational simulation for fan geometry and airflow duct optimization, we improve airflow volume, reduce backflow and aerodynamic losses, minimize noise, and significantly enhance overall system efficiency.


Customized BLDC Motor Design

We design dedicated BLDC motors to operate within the fan’s optimal efficiency range, enabling precise speed control to avoid blade stall zones and achieve ideal dynamic matching. With an optimized acceleration profile in the controller, the system quickly passes through resonance zones, preventing noise and mechanical wear.

Advanced Functional Features

We integrate our proprietary twin-fluid misting system, which generates ultra-fine droplets. This allows for twice the misting duration using the same amount of water without visible water droplets forming.
